Terms of Service – SS-Travi

Welcome, Commander!

By registering and playing SS-Travi, you agree to these Terms of Service and our General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

§1 – Account Ownership

Only standard browsers may be used. Scripts, bots, or automation tools are forbidden.

§4 – Bugs & Exploits

Report bugs immediately. Exploiting bugs for personal gain will result in punishments, including permanent bans or fees in severe cases.

§5 – Money Transactions

Buying, selling, or trading accounts, items, or services with real money is strictly forbidden.

§6 – Communication Rules

§7 – Multiaccounting

Only one account per player. If more than one player shares a device, notify the admins.

§8 – Admin Authority

Admins may enforce rules without prior notice. Respecting admins is required.

§9 – Gold Policy

Gold is non-transferable and non-refundable. Gold must only be used as intended.

§10 – Illegal Reinforcements

Reinforcing Natar, artifact holders, or farm accounts without permission is strictly forbidden.

§11 – Digital Purchases (Paddle)

All payments are securely handled by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. By purchasing, you waive the right of withdrawal and confirm that all sales are final upon digital delivery.

Paddle handles all invoicing and tax remittance based on local regulations.

§12 – Refund Policy

All purchases made through SS-Travi are for digital goods delivered instantly upon successful payment.

By completing a purchase, you agree to receive the digital item (such as in-game gold or packages) immediately. As a result, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection laws, including EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

Therefore, all purchases are final and non-refundable, unless the product was not delivered or there was a verified technical error on our side.

If you believe there was a problem with the delivery of your purchase, please contact our support team at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase. We will investigate the issue and determine eligibility for compensation or re-delivery.

Our payment provider, Paddle.com, serves as our Merchant of Record and may also assist with transaction inquiries or invoice copies. Please refer to their Buyer Terms for additional information.
